Obtained by me in 1999, the file includes material on Ray’s connection with supposedly homosexual NSA employees Martin and Mitchell, who defected to the Soviet Union in 1960. Also included are notes provided during an interview with Ray to the FBI on his background. The file is discussed in this blog post.
